Last Updated: October 8, 2026
ECOCREATE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore, operates Nexscope (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information across our ecommerce research, seller-account reporting, AI image and video creation, and API and MCP features.
This Privacy Policy explains our information practices and the choices available to you. Please read it alongside the Terms of Service. Where a processing activity relies on your consent, your choices and withdrawal rights are described in the relevant sections below.
When you use image or video creation features, we process the prompts, product information, images, video or audio files, and reference links you submit to fulfill your request. We also process the outputs generated for your request. Materials you upload are not used to train AI models.
When the selling partner connection feature is available and you choose to authorize it, we use the connected account data only to provide the account-scoped functionality you request.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. These technologies help us:
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent all tracking or data transmission and may affect some features of our Service.
Our default Google consent settings depend on the location information available to us. When we identify a visitor as being in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google analytics and advertising consent settings default to denied until the visitor makes a choice. For other identified locations, analytics consent defaults to granted and advertising consent defaults to denied. If location information is unavailable, both analytics and advertising consent settings currently default to granted.
You can use “Open cookie preferences” to update your Google Analytics and Google Ads consent settings. We store your choices in your browser and reapply them when the page initializes on subsequent visits. These controls do not currently manage all third-party tracking technologies used on the site. The loading of other third-party technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and referral attribution is not currently controlled by these Google consent settings.
We may share information needed to operate the Service with providers of hosting, storage, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. For example, inputs needed to complete an AI generation request may be sent to the provider processing that request. Materials you upload are not used to train AI models. Bank card information is collected directly by payment providers, as described in Section 2.1.
In connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, we may share or transfer personal information only to the extent necessary to evaluate or carry out the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information, whether it is needed to provide an active account or requested service, and applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it. Removing an item from your account or closing your account does not necessarily remove every copy immediately. Any remaining backup copies must remain protected and excluded from ordinary service use pending deletion. You may contact us about retention or deletion of particular information; this policy does not specify a single deletion deadline for all data.
When a selling partner disconnects the integration or submits a verified deletion request, Nexscope stops new collection and deletes or de-identifies connected account data from active systems when it is no longer needed to provide the requested service, subject to legal, security, and audit obligations. Any remaining backup copies are subject to the safeguards described above.
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Our approach focuses on:
However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may process, store, and transfer your personal information in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws than those in your country of residence.
International processing must comply with applicable data protection requirements. The safeguards required depend on the destination, recipient, and applicable law. You can contact service@nexscope.ai for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to the processing of your information. Use of the Service does not, by itself, constitute consent to every international transfer.
Our Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us immediately.
Depending on the laws applicable to you and our processing of your information, you may have the following rights. The conditions and exceptions for each right may differ:
To submit a privacy request, email service@nexscope.ai and describe the information and action your request concerns. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Account closure requests use the same email address, as described below.
Email a privacy requestTo request account closure, email service@nexscope.ai. Account closure requests are handled by email rather than through a self-service account deletion feature. Some information may need to be retained as described in Section 7.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
If you are a US resident and applicable state privacy laws cover our processing of your personal information, you may have additional rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions in those laws, including:

You may contact us with a concern or contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner, as applicable.
Where PIPEDA or applicable Canadian provincial privacy law applies to our processing, you may exercise the rights available under that law, including access and correction rights. Requests to delete information will be considered under applicable law and retention requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will identify the revised version by its “Last Updated” date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law, using an appropriate method such as a notice on the Service or a direct communication.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
