How authorization works

A controlled path from authorization to analysis.

  1. 1

    Create a Nexscope account

Sign in to Nexscope so the connection and its reporting workspace have an accountable owner.

  2. 2

Use Amazon's authorization flow. Nexscope does not ask for Seller Central usernames or passwords.

  3. 3

    Select a store and marketplace

Choose the specific authorized seller account and marketplace before requesting a report.

  4. 4

    Review or export the result

See source metrics, reporting periods, derived calculations, and available export options.

Data-use commitments

Seller data stays inside the seller's boundary.

The seller-authorized analytics service is designed around explicit authorization, least-privilege access, and transparent reporting.

Authorized users only

We process SP-API data only for the selling partner that explicitly authorizes Nexscope and only to deliver that partner's requested service.

No cross-seller aggregation

We do not pool SP-API data across authorized selling partners to provide or sell benchmarks, datasets, or insights to other users.

No sale or unrelated disclosure

We do not sell SP-API data or disclose it to competing selling partners or outside parties for unrelated purposes.

No Amazon-wide business insights

We do not use SP-API data to publish, promote, or operate on insights about Amazon's business.

Minimum necessary access

The service requests only the roles and reports needed for the seller-authorized analytics functionality described on this page.

Revocable connection

The selling partner can disconnect the integration, stop new collection, and request deletion through Nexscope support.

Methodology and transparency

Know what came from a report and what Nexscope calculated.

Nexscope separates source metrics from derived analysis so selling partners can understand freshness, assumptions, and limitations before acting.

Source metrics

Metrics retrieved from an authorized report are identified with the report type, account scope, and reporting period.

Derived calculations

Ratios, comparisons, and trend calculations are labelled as Nexscope-derived and retain their input period.

Data freshness

The interface shows the report period and retrieval status. Availability and refresh timing depend on the source report.

AI-assisted summaries

When an AI summary is offered, it is supplementary, may contain errors, and should be checked against the source metrics.

Clear commercial terms

Pricing is confirmed before activation.

Seller Analytics is currently offered with quote-based pricing. Every prospective customer receives a written scope and price before paid service begins.

Seller Analytics

Custom quotebased on service scope

The quote may consider

  • Number of authorized seller accounts
  • Number of selected marketplaces
  • Supported report coverage and refresh frequency
  • Export, onboarding, and support requirements
There is no charge for SP-API data itself and no billing starts without the customer's acceptance of the written quote. Request a written quote

Whose data can Nexscope analyze?

Only data for an eligible selling partner account that explicitly authorizes Nexscope, subject to the roles and reports available to that account.

No. The seller-authorized analytics service does not aggregate SP-API data across selling partners or expose one seller's account data to another.
